Deliciously creamy, sweet blueberries wrapped in crispy, low-carb tortillas!
Ingredients
๐ฎ 6 Zero-Carb Small Keto Tortillas
๐ซ 1/3 cup Fresh Blueberries
๐ง 6 ounces Cream Cheese
๐ฅ 2 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
๐ฆ 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
๐ง 2 tbsp Butter, melted
๐ฌ 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute plus additional for dusting
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
Add the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, and Swerve to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
Top the cream cheese layer with fresh blueberries.
Roll the tortillas closed around the filling, and place seam side down into a well-greased pan or rack.
Brush the top of the tortillas with the melted butter.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until browned and crispy on the outside.
Dust with more Swerve before serving.
