Ingredients
  

  • 2 large skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 whole garlic cloves, minced
  • avocado oil spray
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). While it heats, combine salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl for your spice mix, shred the parmesan, and mince the garlic.
  • Prepare a large baking dish with a spray of avocado oil. Generously coat both sides of the chicken with the spice blend and place it in the dish.
  • Distribute the minced garlic over the chicken, followed by the parmesan, and finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley. Lightly spray the top with avocado oil.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C), then remove from the oven. Serve with your favorite sides and garnish with more parsley.
