  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning Mix

  • In a spacious mixing bowl, gently combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning until everything is well blended.
  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. No need for extra oil as these fritters cook beautifully on their own!
  • Using a 2-tablespoon scoop or a large spoon, portion out the chicken mixture into the hot pan, making sure not to crowd the pan.
  • With a spatula, gently press each scoop flat to form a fritter. You'll likely need to cook these in two batches, as the recipe makes about 12-13 delicious fritters.
  • Cook the fritters for a few minutes on the first side until they're a lovely golden brown.
  • Flip them over and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes until they are fully cooked through and golden on the second side. If they seem to be browning too quickly, simply reduce the heat to medium-low.
  • Once cooked, transfer the fritters to a plate (lined with a paper towel if desired) and continue with the remaining mixture.
