Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Butter 28g, melted
  • 3 tbsp Almond Flour 24g
  • 1 Egg 50g
  • 0.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon ½ tsp
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Powder ½ tsp
  • 1 tsp Stevia Powder Blend like Truvia
  • 1 tbsp Butter (Glaze) 14g
  • 0.25 tsp Ground Cinnamon (Glaze) ¼ tsp
  • 0.5 tsp Stevia Powder Blend (Glaze)
  • 1 oz Cream Cheese 28g
  • 0.5 tsp Stevia Powder Blend (Frosting)

Instructions
 

  • Mix melted butter, almond flour, egg, cinnamon, baking powder, and stevia in a microwave-safe mug until smooth.
  • Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes until the top is firm.
  • In a small bowl, melt butter, add cinnamon and stevia, then pour over the warm cake.
  • Soften cream cheese, blend with stevia, and swirl on top for frosting.
