- 3 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) tube crescent roll dough
- 2/3 cup fresh blueberries
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar using a hand or stand mixer.
Unroll the crescent roll dough into 8 triangles along the seams. Place one triangle on a flat surface, with the wide end facing you. Spread a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom third of the triangle, then add two rows of blueberries on top.
Roll the dough from the wide end towards the tip, creating a roll.
Place the roll on a baking sheet and repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 8 rolls.
Bake for 10-13 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy warm!
