Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower medium head
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • Blue Cheese Dressing for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. This gets it nice and hot for crispy results.
  • While it preheats, wash and thoroughly dry your cauliflower. Then, cut it into small, bite-sized florets and place them in a mixing bowl. Dry cauliflower helps the sauce stick better!
  • Pour most of the buffalo wing sauce over the cauliflower florets in the bowl.
  • Gently toss the cauliflower to ensure every floret is well coated with that delicious sauce.
  • Lightly spray your air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking. Arrange the sauced cauliflower in a single layer in the basket, making sure not to overcrowd it. This allows air to circulate for the best crispiness.
  • Air fry for 5 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
  • After 5 minutes, carefully remove the basket. Use a brush to coat the cauliflower with the remaining buffalo wing sauce for an extra burst of flavor.
  • Return to the air fryer and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cauliflower is perfectly tender inside and slightly crispy outside. Keep an eye on it during the last few minutes, as air fryer times can vary.
  • Serve your hot and spicy buffalo cauliflower immediately for the best texture, with a side of blue cheese dressing if desired, for a delicious and lighter bite!
