Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional, but adds flavor!
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce your favorite
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter or ghee/olive oil for a dairy-free option

Instructions

  • Get your air fryer ready by preheating it to 380°F (193°C) so it's nice and hot for crispy results.
  • In a big mixing bowl, drizzle your cauliflower florets with olive oil. Sprinkle on the garlic powder (if you're using it), sea salt, and black pepper. Give them a really good toss until every piece is evenly coated – this helps them crisp up beautifully and soak in all the flavors!
  • Arrange the seasoned cauliflower in your air fryer basket in a single layer. It's important not to overcrowd it; if needed, cook in a couple of batches to ensure maximum crispiness. Air fry for about 7 to 10 minutes, making sure to shake the basket halfway through until the cauliflower edges are browned and tender-crisp.
  • While the cauliflower is cooking, quickly melt the butter with the buffalo sauce. You can do this in the microwave or gently warm them together on the stovetop. Whisk them until they're smooth and perfectly combined.
  • Once your cauliflower is perfectly air-fried, transfer it to a large serving bowl. Pour that delicious buffalo sauce mixture all over and toss gently until every floret is coated in the tangy, spicy goodness. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy, flavorful bites!
