  • 1 pound white fish fillets cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 ounce packet taco seasoning

Creamy Slaw

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 0.5 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

  • 8 small low-carb tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Gently pat your fish pieces dry with paper towels and place them in a spacious bowl. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and toss until each piece is well coated.
