Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Almond Flour fine, blanched
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt plain
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder 12g
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • Everything Seasoning or Toppings for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine almond flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt in a bowl, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 1-2 minutes until less sticky.
  • Divide the dough into six equal parts using a knife or food cutter.
  • Shape each piece into a ball, flatten into a circle, and create a hole in the center with your thumb or a wooden spoon handle.
  • Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
  • Whisk the egg with a splash of water, then brush this wash over each bagel.
  • Sprinkle with everything seasoning or your favorite toppings.
  • Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden and fluffy. Remove from oven, cool on a rack for 10-15 minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes

Feel free to customize toppings. These bagels are healthy, low-carb, and gluten-free!
