Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine almond flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt in a bowl, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 1-2 minutes until less sticky.
Divide the dough into six equal parts using a knife or food cutter.
Shape each piece into a ball, flatten into a circle, and create a hole in the center with your thumb or a wooden spoon handle.
Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
Whisk the egg with a splash of water, then brush this wash over each bagel.
Sprinkle with everything seasoning or your favorite toppings.
Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden and fluffy. Remove from oven, cool on a rack for 10-15 minutes, then slice and serve.
