Ingredients
  

Ripe Bananas

  • 2 pcs ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 3 pcs Large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Honey or Maple Syrup or maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Walnuts or Dark Chocolate Chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  • Add the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas, and whisk until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in walnuts or dark chocolate chips if desired.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
