Ingredients
  

  • 2 3/4 cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbsp melted butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup Miracle Whip
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda, then set aside.
  • Melt the butter or margarine in the microwave.
  • Mix the Miracle Whip into the melted butter and whisk until smooth.
  • Add the eggs to the mixture and whisk until well blended.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and stir until mixed.
  • Scoop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they turn a light golden brown.
  • Let them cool before enjoying!
