- 2 3/4 cups almond flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp melted butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup Miracle Whip
- 3 large eggs
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda, then set aside.
Melt the butter or margarine in the microwave.
Mix the Miracle Whip into the melted butter and whisk until smooth.
Add the eggs to the mixture and whisk until well blended.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and stir until mixed.
Scoop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they turn a light golden brown.
