Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add maple syrup, vanilla, and peanut butter; stir until a dough forms.
Use a tablespoon to scoop dough and roll into balls on the baking sheet.
Press each ball down with a fork to flatten and create a criss-cross pattern.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, rotating halfway through, until golden.
Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
