Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Almond Flour 240g
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 2.5g
  • 0.25 tsp Fine Sea Salt 1.25g
  • 0.33 cup Maple Syrup 80ml
  • 0.5 cup Natural Peanut Butter 125g
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 5ml

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add maple syrup, vanilla, and peanut butter; stir until a dough forms.
  • Use a tablespoon to scoop dough and roll into balls on the baking sheet.
  • Press each ball down with a fork to flatten and create a criss-cross pattern.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, rotating halfway through, until golden.
  • Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
