Instructions
Preheat your waffle iron as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
Combine almond flour, sugar, and baking powder in a small bowl and whisk well.
In a larger bowl, beat the egg, milk, and melted butter or coconut oil until smooth, then mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Lightly spray the waffle iron with cooking spray and pour about 1/3 cup of batter onto it.
Cook until the waffles turn deep golden brown, approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
Serve warm with maple syrup or your favorite toppings!
