Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 15g
  • 1 tbsp Dutch Cocoa Powder 7g or extra unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats 45g
  • 1 can Black Beans 15 oz or 1.5 cups cooked
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup 120ml or honey
  • 1/4 cup Mashed Avocado 60g
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil 60ml or almond butter
  • 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips 90g

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Drain and rinse the black beans thoroughly.
  • If using rolled oats, blend them until they resemble flour.
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the batter into an 8-inch greased or parchment-lined baking pan.
  • Bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  • For best results, refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to let the brownies set.
