Ingredients
  

Ripe Avocados

  • 2 large avocados ripe
  • 2 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits, saving one for storage. Scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  • Mash the avocado with a fork to your preferred texture.
  • Mix in lime juice, minced garlic, and salt until well combined.
  • Transfer to a container, place the saved pit on top to prevent browning, and store for up to 4 days.

Notes

Feel free to adjust garlic amount to taste. Best enjoyed fresh or within 4 days.
