Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard powder, and kosher salt. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Turn the meat mixture out onto your prepared baking sheet and gently form it into a neat 9x5 inch loaf shape.
Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Carefully remove the meatloaf from the oven and evenly spread the sugar-free BBQ sauce over the top.
Return to the oven for another 10 minutes to allow the BBQ sauce to caramelize.
Once done, slice and serve warm.
