Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked chicken breast chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 9 ounces frozen spinach thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup Bacon Ranch Dressing
  • 5 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened

Instructions
 

  • First, get your oven ready by preheating it to a toasty 425°F.
  • In a big mixing bowl, gently warm the cream cheese in the microwave for about 10 seconds until it's super soft and easy to work with.
  • Next, whisk in the bacon ranch dressing and chicken stock with the softened cream cheese until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Now, add your chopped cooked chicken, the well-drained spinach, half of the crispy crumbled bacon, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Mix everything together really well to combine all the delicious flavors.
  • Pour this flavorful mixture into a greased 9x9 inch casserole dish. Then, evenly sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese over the top.
  • Bake the casserole for 20 minutes on the center rack of your oven. For an extra golden and bubbly top, move it to the top rack and bake for just another 5 minutes.
  • Once it's out of the oven, sprinkle the remaining crumbled bacon over the top. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your incredibly easy and satisfying meal!
