Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk (soy, oat, almond, or coconut)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine frozen strawberries, pineapple, white chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and plant milk in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add maple syrup (or honey/agave) for sweetness if desired.
  • For a thinner consistency, mix in a few more tablespoons of milk.
  • Pour into a tall glass, add toppings if you wish, and enjoy!
