- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 1/2 tbsp white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk (soy, oat, almond, or coconut)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Combine frozen strawberries, pineapple, white chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and plant milk in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and add maple syrup (or honey/agave) for sweetness if desired.
For a thinner consistency, mix in a few more tablespoons of milk.
Pour into a tall glass, add toppings if you wish, and enjoy!
