Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium bananas thinly sliced
  • 20 Medjool dates pitted and halved
  • cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup Purely Elizabeth Peanut Butter Cookie Granola
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt to taste

  • Prep Your Pan: Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. This makes cleanup a breeze!
  • Banana Layer: Arrange your thinly sliced banana pieces in a single, even layer across the prepared pan.
  • Date Layer: Gently flatten each date half and lay them over the banana slices, creating another even layer.
  • Peanut Butter Drizzle: Warm the peanut butter slightly if it's too thick, then drizzle it over the dates. Use a spatula to spread it as evenly as possible.
  • Granola Crunch: Sprinkle the Purely Elizabeth Peanut Butter Cookie Granola generously over the peanut butter layer for added texture and flavor.
  • Melted Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for about 30 seconds, then stir until the chocolate is smooth and melted. If needed, microwave for another 15 seconds.
  • Chocolate Finish: Drizzle the melted chocolate evenly over the granola layer. For a gourmet touch, sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  • Chill Time: Place the pan in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours, or until the bark is firm.
