  • 2 large bananas (about 12 ounces, peeled)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half (or additional milk for a lighter option)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt for extra protein)

Instructions
 

  • For an extra thick and frosty smoothie, peel your bananas and freeze them for at least 2 hours beforehand. If you're short on time, freshly peeled bananas work just as well!
  • Add the prepared bananas, milk, half-and-half, and yogurt into a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and wonderfully frothy. Serve immediately and enjoy!
