  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup unflavored hemp milk (or your favorite low-carb milk)
  • 6 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 5 teaspoons powdered sweetener divided
  • 3/4 teaspoon almond extract (or extra vanilla extract for a classic taste)
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Sugar-free sprinkles (optional, for fun!)

Instructions
 

  • Grab your blender and toss in the crushed ice, cottage cheese, your chosen low-carb milk, vanilla protein powder, 3 teaspoons of sweetener, and the almond extract. Blend until everything is super smooth and creamy. Taste and add more sweetener if you like it sweeter!
  • Pour this delicious shake into two glasses.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk the heavy cream with the remaining 2 teaspoons of sweetener until it forms nice, firm peaks – like a fluffy cloud!
