Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups Mayonnaise 300g
  • 1/4 cup Sambal 60g
  • 3 tablespoons Ketchup (no sugar added) 45g
  • 3 teaspoons Sriracha 15g
  • 1 clove Garlic, grated 3g
  • 1 teaspoon Monk fruit or allulose 4g
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1.5g

Instructions
 

  • Combine mayonnaise, Sambal, ketchup, Sriracha, grated garlic, sweetener, and salt in a small bowl.
  • Whisk thoroughly until smooth and well blended.
  • The sauce should be thick but still pourable for dipping.
  • Enjoy with shrimp, chicken, fish, or your favorite snacks.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less Sriracha or Sambal. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
