Instructions
Combine mayonnaise, Sambal, ketchup, Sriracha, grated garlic, sweetener, and salt in a small bowl.
Whisk thoroughly until smooth and well blended.
The sauce should be thick but still pourable for dipping.
Enjoy with shrimp, chicken, fish, or your favorite snacks.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less Sriracha or Sambal. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
