Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 tsp matcha powder
  • 3 tbsp water
  • Ice
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp water for syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 tbsp brown sugar, ½ tsp cinnamon, and 1 tbsp water. Microwave for 1 minute, stir until dissolved, and let cool.
  • Sift matcha into a mug, add 3 tbsp water, and whisk until frothy.
  • Fill a mason jar with ice, add vanilla extract, oat milk, brown sugar syrup, and matcha. Stir with a straw and enjoy!
