Brown Sugar Iced Vanilla Matcha Latte

- 1.5 tsp matcha powder
- 3 tbsp water
- Ice
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp water for syrup
In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 tbsp brown sugar, ½ tsp cinnamon, and 1 tbsp water. Microwave for 1 minute, stir until dissolved, and let cool.
Sift matcha into a mug, add 3 tbsp water, and whisk until frothy.
Fill a mason jar with ice, add vanilla extract, oat milk, brown sugar syrup, and matcha. Stir with a straw and enjoy!
