  • 1 cup granular monkfruit sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup Lily's sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Sea salt for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the melted butter, monkfruit sweetener, and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, whisking until the sweetener dissolves and the chocolate melts—avoid boiling.
  • Once slightly cooled, mix in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in the almond flour, remaining chocolate chips, and pecans if desired.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased pie pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is firm.
