- 1 cup granular monkfruit sweetener
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup Lily's sugar-free chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the melted butter, monkfruit sweetener, and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, whisking until the sweetener dissolves and the chocolate melts—avoid boiling.
Once slightly cooled, mix in the eggs and vanilla extract.
