Ingredients
  

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened 3 blocks
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese for topping
  • Freshly chopped chives for garnish
  • Sliced baguette, celery sticks, or carrots for dipping

Instructions
 

  • In a large slow cooker, toss together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, Buffalo sauce, and ranch. Give it a good stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, until everything is melted, bubbly, and warm throughout.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle the top with crumbled blue cheese and fresh chives. Serve straight from the Crock-Pot with your favorite dippers.
