Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower (about 3 cups riced)
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 3 organic eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • Avocado oil as needed for frying

Instructions
 

  • Grate or pulse the cauliflower until finely chopped, resembling rice.
  • In a large bowl, mix cauliflower, almond flour, coconut flour, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add enough avocado oil to cover the bottom, and let it shimmer.
  • Scoop about 1/4 cup of mixture, shape into a 3/4-inch thick patty, and cook in the skillet.
  • Fry each side for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot or store for later.
