Instructions
Grate or pulse the cauliflower until finely chopped, resembling rice.
In a large bowl, mix cauliflower, almond flour, coconut flour, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add enough avocado oil to cover the bottom, and let it shimmer.
Scoop about 1/4 cup of mixture, shape into a 3/4-inch thick patty, and cook in the skillet.
Fry each side for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot or store for later.
