  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  • In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard powder, and salt. Mix everything until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
  • Transfer the meat mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Shape it into a neat 9x5 inch loaf.
  • Bake the meatloaf for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, remove it from the oven, brush the top generously with the sugar-free BBQ sauce, and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes.
  • Once done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
