Instructions
Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and peppers; sauté 5-7 minutes until tender and caramelized. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook shaved beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for 4-5 minutes until browned. Mix with cooked vegetables.
Line a tray with parchment paper. Place 4 slices of cheese on a non-stick skillet over low-medium heat until melted and bubbling, about 2-3 minutes.
Spoon beef and veggie mixture onto the melted cheese slices. Gently roll each cheese slice around the filling, then let cool slightly to set.
Serve warm with optional cheese sauce or keto dip. Best enjoyed hot and fresh.
