Ingredients
  

Frozen Cauliflower Rice

  • 20 oz frozen cauliflower rice about 4 cups
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese about 2 ounces
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Seasoning

  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Cook the cauliflower rice in the microwave following package directions.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add the cooked cauliflower rice to the skillet and toss with butter until evenly coated.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, or your preferred spices.
  • Reduce heat to low, then stir in milk, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Cook and stir until the cheese melts completely and ingredients are well combined.
