Instructions
Cook the cauliflower rice in the microwave following package directions.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add the cooked cauliflower rice to the skillet and toss with butter until evenly coated.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, or your preferred spices.
Reduce heat to low, then stir in milk, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Cook and stir until the cheese melts completely and ingredients are well combined.
