Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough

  • 4 tbsp Chef Shamy Garlic Butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle. Brush the Garlic Butter evenly across the dough, reaching the edges.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese evenly over the butter.
  • Roll the dough up lengthwise into a tube and slice it into 16 pieces.
  • Place the pieces swirl side up on a greased baking sheet and let them rise for 20 minutes.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley, let cool slightly, and serve.
