Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 large Russet Potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 pound Ground Beef cooked
  • 1/2 Onion minced
  • 9 slices Cheddar or Colby Jack Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat an 8x8" baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onions until fully cooked, then drain excess grease.
  • In the baking dish, mix the soup, seasonings, sliced potatoes, milk, carrots, and the beef mixture.
  • Bake for 60 minutes, then uncover, add cheese, and bake for a few more minutes until melted.
