- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 large Russet Potatoes peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 pound Ground Beef cooked
- 1/2 Onion minced
- 9 slices Cheddar or Colby Jack Cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat an 8x8" baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onions until fully cooked, then drain excess grease.
In the baking dish, mix the soup, seasonings, sliced potatoes, milk, carrots, and the beef mixture.
Bake for 60 minutes, then uncover, add cheese, and bake for a few more minutes until melted.
