  • 0.5 cup coconut flour (60 g)
  • 0.5 cup almond flour (56 g)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (84.75 g), divided
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.75 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (172.5 g)
  • 0.25 cup butter melted (56.75 g)

Instructions
 

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350ºF. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy cleanup.
  • In a spacious bowl, gently whisk together the coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
  • Fold in 1/2 cup of the delicious shredded Cheddar cheese into the dry mixture.
  • Now, add the egg whites, whole eggs, creamy sour cream (or healthy Greek yogurt), and melted butter. Stir everything together until a thick, cohesive dough forms.
  • Using a spoon, drop rounded portions of dough onto your prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly to create about 10 delightful biscuits.
  • Generously sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese over the top of each biscuit for a golden finish.
