  • 1/2 cup Sugar-free marinara sauce 120ml
  • 1/4 cup Cooked sausage, crumbled 60g
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoni slices 30g (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Sliced black olives 30g (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Diced bell peppers 30g (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray an oven-safe dish or bowl with oil.
  • Spread shredded mozzarella evenly at the bottom to form a cheese layer.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper over the toppings. Mix slightly for even flavor.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly, cheese melted, and toppings heated through.
  • Remove from oven, let sit for a minute, then garnish with parsley or basil if desired. Serve warm.
