In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, bacon, Ranch dressing, and green chiles.
For each quesadilla, lay one tortilla flat. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of cheese on top, add half the chicken mixture, and then another 1/3 cup of cheese. Place a second tortilla on top.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the quesadilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook until the cheese melts.
Repeat with the second quesadilla. Cut into quarters and serve with extra ranch, salsa, and cilantro if desired.
