  • 3 tablespoons creamy pistachio butter natural, unsweetened recommended
  • 3 tablespoons kataifi shredded phyllo dough, or try shredded wheat for a quick swap
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted butter or coconut oil for a dairy-free option
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate for less sugar

Instructions
 

  • 1. Gather & Prepare: First, round up all your ingredients and get your silicone cups ready. Having everything at hand makes this recipe a breeze!
  • 2. Toast the Crunch: Place a small pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the kataifi to the pan and gently toast it, stirring frequently, until it turns a beautiful golden brown and becomes wonderfully crispy. Immediately remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a plate. This step adds incredible texture!
  • 3. Melt the Chocolate Easily: Put your chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then give it a good stir. Pop it back in for another 20-30 seconds until it's completely melted and gloriously smooth. Stir well until silky!
  • 4. Create the Base: Spoon about a tablespoon of the melted chocolate into the bottom of each of your 5 silicone cups. Gently spread it out to form an even layer.
  • 5. Mix the Filling: In a separate small bowl, gently fold the cooled, toasted kataifi into the creamy pistachio butter until it's nicely combined. This is your crunchy, nutty center!
  • 6. Add the Filling Layer: Carefully spoon a dollop of the pistachio-kataifi mixture over the chocolate base in each cup. Don't press too hard, just gently place it.
  • 7. Top it Off: Cover the pistachio-kataifi filling with the remaining melted chocolate, ensuring the top is fully coated. You can lightly tap the plate to smooth out the chocolate.
