In a large bowl, beat the eggs and salt until frothy.
Mix in the sugar and continue beating for 2-3 minutes, then add vanilla and beat for another 30 seconds.
Melt the butter and unsweetened chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring well. If needed, microwave for an additional 15 seconds.
With the mixer running, gradually add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, then mix in the flour for 1 minute. Scrape the bowl and mix for another 30 seconds.
Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with foil or parchment and spray lightly with nonstick spray. Pour in the batter and bake for 15-20 minutes until the center is slightly undercooked. Let cool completely.
Once cooled, cut the brownies in half, then slice each half into 1/2 inch wide strips. Wrap in foil and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Melt the semi-sweet or dark chocolate as per package instructions. Dip each brownie strip into the chocolate and place on a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate to set. Serve cold.
