Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups Almond Flour 150g
  • 0.25 cup Cocoa Powder 25g
  • 2 tbsp Dutch Cocoa or Regular Cocoa Powder 10g
  • 2.25 tsp Baking Powder 9g
  • 0.5 tsp Salt 2.5g
  • 0.33 cup Water or Milk of Choice 80ml
  • 3 Eggs or Vegan Substitute
  • 0.33 cup Erythritol or Sugar 40g
  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 7.5ml

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch pan and line with parchment paper.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan, smoothing the top with parchment if needed.
  • Bake for 14 minutes, checking for firmness; extend baking if necessary.
  • Allow to cool completely before frosting or serving.

Notes

Feel free to add frosting or toppings of your choice. Store in an airtight container.
