Instructions
Combine oats and chia seeds in a large container.
Add coconut cream, milk, cottage cheese, vanilla, and honey; mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Before serving, stir again and divide into jars or bowls.
Top with shredded coconut, fruit, or granola if desired.
