Equipment

  • Ninja Creami Pint
  • Handheld Frother
  • Ninja Creami machine

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Fairlife 2% Milk
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 0.5 cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Combine Fairlife milk, almond milk, cottage cheese, sugar-free chocolate pudding mix, chocolate protein powder, and a pinch of salt in your Ninja Creami pint. Blend thoroughly with a handheld frother until super smooth and no lumps remain. Ensure the mixture stays below the max fill line.
  • Pop the lid on your pint and place it in the freezer for a full 24 hours. It needs to be completely frozen solid for the best creamy texture.
  • When you're ready to enjoy, take the pint out of the freezer. Run it under warm water for about 60 seconds to slightly soften the edges, then ensure the surface is flat and level before placing it into your Ninja Creami machine.
  • Secure the pint in the machine and press the 'Lite Ice Cream' button. Let the Creami work its magic!
  • After the initial spin, check the texture. If it looks a bit powdery or crumbly, add about 1-2 tablespoons of milk, put the pint back in, and hit the 'Re-spin' button.
  • Repeat the re-spin process with a tiny splash more liquid if needed until you achieve that irresistible thick, soft-serve, creamy frosty consistency.
  • Grab a spoon (or a straw!) and dive into your guilt-free, delicious homemade protein frosty! It’s the perfect cool down for a hot summer day.
