  • Combine & Whisk: In a large bowl, gently whisk together the cooled condensed milk, heavy cream, powdered sweetener, the optional vodka, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until everything is beautifully combined and smooth.
  • Sweetness Check: Give your mixture a quick taste. If you prefer it a bit sweeter, carefully add a little more powdered sweetener, whisking well until fully dissolved to ensure a perfect, smooth texture.
  • Chill & Churn: Cover the mixture and chill it in the refrigerator for at least one hour, or even overnight, for the best results.
