Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 stalk green onion thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Start by preheating your oven to a cozy 350℉ (175°C).
  • For the smoothest, creamiest dip imaginable, pop your cottage cheese into a food processor or blender and give it a quick blend. This step is optional but totally worth it!
  • In a large bowl, combine the blended (or unblended) cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Grab a hand mixer and beat everything on medium speed until it's wonderfully smooth and fluffy.
  • Gently fold in the shredded chicken and ¾ cup of your shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Spoon this delightful mixture into a small baking dish, then sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese on top is melted, bubbly, and looks absolutely delicious. If you like a little golden crisp, you can broil it for just 1 minute at the end.
  • Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving, then garnish with your freshly sliced green onion. Dive in and enjoy!
