cottage cheese

Instructions
Blend the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the cottage cheese mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a sticky dough forms.
Incorporate the minced garlic into the dough.
Flour your hands, shape the dough into golf ball-sized portions, and flatten them into ovals about 1/4 inch thick.
Heat a non-stick or cast iron pan over medium heat, brush with butter, and cook each naan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and puffy.
Brush with more melted butter and garnish with parsley or cilantro if desired.
