Instructions
Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
Mix dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder) in a bowl.
Combine wet ingredients (blended cottage cheese and eggs) and dry ingredients to form a sticky dough.
Add minced garlic to the dough, then shape the dough into small balls and flatten them into ovals.
Cook the naan in a butter-brushed pan for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Brush with more butter and garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro before serving.
