- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin rectangle with a spatula.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until the top is set and lightly golden.
Allow the wrap to cool completely on the tray before peeling it off the parchment.
Cut into two sections and fill with your favorite ingredients.
