Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
  • Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin rectangle with a spatula.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until the top is set and lightly golden.
  • Allow the wrap to cool completely on the tray before peeling it off the parchment.
  • Cut into two sections and fill with your favorite ingredients.
