  • 0.5 small head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream or Coconut Cream
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
