  • 1/2 cup prepared chocolate pudding (choose light or sugar-free for a healthier option)
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk (low-fat or almond milk is a great choice)
  • 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream

Optional Garnish

  • Green sanding sugar as needed for rim
  • corn syrup or honey a dab for rim

Instructions
 

  • If you desire a fancy rim, spread a thin layer of corn syrup or honey onto one shallow plate and green sanding sugar onto another. Gently dip the rim of each shot glass first into the syrup, then into the sugar.
  • In a measuring cup or a small bowl, combine your prepared chocolate pudding, milk, and Baileys Irish Cream. Whisk everything together until the mixture is completely smooth and well blended.
  • Carefully pour the creamy Baileys pudding mixture into your prepared shot glasses. For the best texture and taste, chill them in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Optional Garnish: For a fancy rim, spread a thin layer of corn syrup or honey onto a shallow plate and green sanding sugar onto another. Gently dip the rim of each shot glass first into the syrup, then into the sugar. For a non-alcoholic treat, simply omit the Baileys and increase the milk to 5-6 tablespoons. A tiny drop of peppermint extract can add a fun minty twist!
