Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 0.5 cup Colby Jack cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream or lighter half and half
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.125 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Gather & Blend. Simply add all your ingredients – cottage cheese, Colby Jack, Parmesan, cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper – into your food processor.
  • Step 2: Process Until Smooth. Secure the lid and process on high until the mixture is wonderfully smooth and creamy. You might need to pause and scrape down the sides with a spatula once or twice to ensure everything gets perfectly blended.
