Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups vanilla whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Whisk It Smooth: In a medium bowl, or directly in your Ninja Creami pint container, combine the vanilla whole milk Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk everything together until the mixture is perfectly smooth and well blended.
  • Time to Freeze:
    • Ninja Creami Method: If using a Ninja Creami, pour the mixture into a pint container, secure the lid, and freeze for at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight, until it's completely solid.
    • Classic Method: Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or any airtight, freezer-safe container. Cover it tightly with a lid or plastic wrap, and freeze overnight (at least 8 hours) until firm.
  • Serve & Enjoy:
    • Ninja Creami Method: When ready to serve, place the frozen pint into your Ninja Creami machine. Select the "Ice Cream" setting and let it spin until it's wonderfully creamy.
    • Classic Method: Take the frozen ice cream out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes to soften slightly. Use a spoon to break it up gently before scooping.
  • Add Your Favorite Toppings: Enjoy your delicious, healthy ice cream as is, or enhance it with fresh berries, a drizzle of honey, or a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips!
