Equipment

  • Large Pot
  • High-Speed Blender
  • Food Processor
  • Large skillet

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces spaghetti noodles
  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese or regular/fat-free for a lighter option
  • 24 ounces jar of Rao's pasta sauce or your favorite high-quality tomato sauce

Instructions

  • Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a brisk boil. Once it's boiling, add your spaghetti noodles and cook them according to the package directions until they are perfectly al dente.
  • While your pasta is cooking, it's time to whip up the dreamy sauce! Grab your high-speed blender or food processor, then add the cottage cheese and the pasta sauce. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and wonderfully creamy. This step creates that rich, velvety texture without needing heavy cream.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it thoroughly. Transfer the drained pasta directly into a large skillet or back into the pot. Pour the freshly blended rosé sauce over the pasta. Gently toss everything together until all the pasta strands are beautifully coated in the vibrant, creamy sauce.
  • Serve your delicious, protein-packed pasta immediately!

Notes

For a pop of color and fresh flavor, garnish with some fresh basil leaves. If you're feeling extra cheesy, a light sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top is always a great idea.
