Seasoning Mix

  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder

Chicken

  • 8 Chicken drumsticks

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Add the chicken drumsticks to a resealable bag or bowl. Add the salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and onion powder. Seal and shake to coat well.
  • Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 15 minutes.
  • Flip each drumstick and cook for another 15 minutes.
  • Continue cooking as needed until the internal temperature reaches 180-190°F (82-88°C) and the skin is crispy. Serve immediately.
